New Features:
- When using "Zip Uploaded Files" option it is now possible to include a current system time in the name of the zip file ("Zip File Name" option). For example: myfile{hh:mm:ss}.zip will cause the zip file to be named "myfile10_38_12.zip" assuming the current system time is 10:38:12.
- Zip and Unzip options are now available regardless of the file extension (previously ".zip" extension was required).

New Features:
- Corrected a bug that prevented the user from renaming or deleting a folder that was last used during the transfer.
- When using "Zip Uploaded Files" option (in Transfer Manager) it is now possible to include a current system date in the name of the zip file ("Zip File Name" option).
- Scheduled transfers stopped running on some Windows systems. This problem has been fixed.
- When the uploaded files were zipped and encrypted setting a password for the zip file caused an error. This bug was corrected.

New Features:
- Restart On Errors option (File/Preferences/Auto Transfers). When checked causes AutoFtp to restart itself when there are too many errors. Previously, the program always did that. Now, the user can turn it off.
- New options in Email Setup window: Some SMTP servers may require some form of authentication or login before an email message can be sent. The simplest form of this is HELLO command followed by a Signon Text. More advanced authentication requires a Userid and a Password. There can be 3 Authentication Types Plain, Login, and Cram-MD5. Another new option in Email Setup window is Message Body template. It can contain the following keywords: LOG, DATE, TIME. More keywords could be added in the future.
- When the user changes some of the connection settings such as User Name, Password, Remote Host Address, or Port he/she will have an option to update all Transfer Sets that use this connection. In the past, when connection settings were changed the transfer sets using it had to be recreated.
- New options in Special Functions: Now in the following 4 special functions: Delete Local Non-Existing Files, Delete Remote Non-Existing Files, Upload Site, and Download Site multiple wildcards (separated by ; character) can be used, for example: *.txt; *.pdf; *.doc
- Some bug fixes that make AutoFTP more stable.

- Loading a log file doesn't use all processor power anymore.
- New Load Log on Startup option in File/Preferences (useful when you have a very large log file).
- New Short Log option in File/Preferences (useful when you have frequent file transfers and don't want your log files to become huge). When checked mostly errors are logged.
- New Load function in Log window allows you to load log files from different days.
- New Stop function in Log window is useful when you are loading a large log file and you want to abort this process.
- Monthly Transfers now support a range: From and To options (Schedule Item Window).
- Improved wildcards option. When you use wildcards you can now change the names of the transferred files. For example, if you are uploading *.htm files and set the remote file name to 123*.htm all files will get 123 prefix, or if you are downloading *.htm files and set the local file name to *.html all downloaded files will get html extension. Transfer Item.
- New Special Actions: Rename File and Rename Folder special actions.

- Added UNC (Universal Naming Convention) support. It is no longer necessary to map network drives to local drives in order to upload files from and download files to network folders. The network can be browsed in the top panel of the main window in the same way as in Windows Explorer.

- Improved reliability. Reported errors corrected. Compatibility with Windows 2003 operating system corrected.
- New Pause/Resume popup menu option in Transfer Scheduler window allows pausing and resuming selected transfers.
- Improved First Transfer At feature. Time setting in "First Transfer At" determines the start for the transfers. For example, if Time is set to 08:00 a scheduled transfer will be active between 8 am and midnight and always stop between midnight and 8 am. Enter 00:01 into the Time edit box if you want to make transfers run continually.
- Improved Logging feature. Log files are stored in "logs" subdirectory with one log file per day.

Auto Ftp Premium Edition adds speed, security and flexibility
to your scheduled transfers through the following new functions:
- Zip/Unzip: ZIP/UNZIP enables you to use the most popular ZIP archive file format within the program. You can automatically compress or decompress files scheduled for download or upload.
- it is much faster to send files in a zip format;
- it is especially useful when you have to transfer a large number of files;
- by password-protecting a zip file you add security to your transfers; nobody will be able to access the files included in the zip file without knowing the password;
- Special Actions: Easy to use scripting function allows you to automate the transfer and management of files/directories on your ftp server. You can schedule the following functions:
- Create Folder - create a folder on a remote site;
- Remove Folder - deletes an empty folder on a remote site;
- Delete File - deletes a file on a remote site;
- Send Command - allows the user to send an ftp command (ask your system administrator what ftp commands are accepted by your ftp server);
- Execute Application - allows the user to specify an application to be executed locally; for example, after a download of a certain file you may want Auto Ftp to start WinZip and add this file to an existing zip file;
- Auto FTP Premium Edition has all functionality that is included in the Auto FTP Professional version.
